Another award from Japan to Anadolu Isuzu...
Turkey has been listed among the countries
demonstrating the highest increase in the imports on a worldwide
based statistical evaluation, thanks to Anadolu Isuzu that
increased its Isuzu D-Max pick-up imports by 77% in 2005
compared to the year 2004. According to the retail sales
figures all around Europe in 2005, Anadolu Isuzu was the
runner up in numbers following sales in England. The target
of Anadolu Isuzu, which has gained a market share of 15%
in the local pick-up market in 2005 with the D-Max model,
is to become the number one in the market.
Isuzu D-Max technology, which reflects engineering
evolution and experiences of Isuzu over 90 years, proves
its competence with its fuel economy and durability.
In total, 11.800 units of Isuzu D-Max were
sold in Europe, in 2005. According to the retail sales in
the year 2005, Anadolu Isuzu which achieved a sales figure
of 2010 units of vehicles was the European runner-up following
England. By March 2006, more DMax have been sold in the Turkish
market than the countries like Italy, France, Greece, Israel,
England, Ireland, Cyprus, Benelux, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland.
Anadolu Isuzu achieved an increase by 156% in retail sales
in Turkish market in 2005 compared to 2004.

Director congratulated Anadolu Isuzu for this success and
presented a commemorative plate to the Director General,
Mr Kamil Eser in behalf of the company.
Isuzu D-Max 4x4 was named as the “best pick-up
of the year 2004” in the “Research for the Best Commercial
Vehicles of the Year” performed by “What Van?”, the UK’s
leading monthly commercial vehicle magazine. In 2005 DMax
has been named as the best pick-up of the year again in 2005,
the second time in a row. |
