Anadolu Isuzu, which has been one of the most prominent names in the commercial vehicles sector, is hereby giving factual proof of its understanding of placing customer satisfaction on the first line, through its Service Clinic Applications abroad. Anadolu Isuzu whose signature lies under many “first-time” applications in the Turkish Automotive Sector, has done the same again and has started Service Clinic Applications in foreign countries. This application , which is now attempted to be imitated by other automotive companies, is an example of the importance given by Anadolu Isuzu to its customers.

All vehicles exported abroad are put under a detailed check under the Service Clinic Applications. Service Clinic Days which have been started in Azerbaijcan in 1997, in Romania and Algiers in 1999, then, also has been realized on a periodic basis at Algeria since 1999 and so in the proceeding two years. Our mechanic team of 6 persons received a great demand and 160 vehicles were put under detailed checks in 8 days. Besides, another clinic activity has been realized at Cape Verde, in 2002. Also in 2002, first application was made in April and lasted 4 days.

Following service clinic activities were held in Bulgaria in 2003, in Romania in 2004 and in Romania, Bulgaria and Bosna Herzegovina in 2005.
