Anadolu Isuzu
is fully aware of the fact that the quality of after
sales services is directly proportional to the technical
knowledge, skills of the employees and their understanding
of their services by the employees, and for this reason
Anadolu Isuzu gives periodic training to its more than
one hundred service and spare parts vendors regularly,
thus aiming at the fullest satisfaction of its customers.
These training sessions are aimed at
all sections of the field, from the dealership owners
to the mechanics, and they seek to transfer the highest
specialisation to all in their fields of activity.
Keeping in mind that some of our customers
who operate fleets and who undertake their own maintenance
of their vehicles, these customers who make group-vehicle
purchases are also included in the training programs.
In line with the development of
exports, Anadolu Isuzu has decided not to limit its
training programs and has made them available to authorised
service dealers abroad.
