Anadolu Isuzu have started to organise service clinic activities as early as the 1980’s. During the Service Clinics, Isuzu vehicles are checked up without any extra charges and the maintenance costs for the vehicles are minimized with the special clinic-day offers. Clinic days are very important activities for the Anadolu Isuzu technicians, as it is regarded as one of the best opportunities to build up a mutual and fruitful dialogue with the Isuzu customers.

Service Clinics, which have been held all around Turkey regularly since 1984, provides a good occasion where the representatives from Anadolu Isuzu After-Sales, Sales and Marketing Departments can meet with the customers in person and can listen their problems or suggestions on face-to-face conversations. These kind of organizations are regarded as the unique opportunities to strenghten the feedback process between the company and the final customers and to enhance the level of customer satisfaction. Since 1984 nearly 20,000 vehicles have been checked up by the Anadolu Isuzu service personnel during the regular Service Clinic activities.

Since 1997, following the rising demand on Isuzu products and the increasing export activity in the Euroasian region, Anadolu Isuzu enlarged the range of the clinic activities to cover the Eastern European region as well. Service clinics have been held several times in Algeria, Azerbaijan, Cape Verde, Romania, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Hungary and Greece since 1997, where Isuzu Turquoise midibuses are being marketed.
